Key Family Wealth, the family office arm of Key Private Bank, helps ultra-high-net-worth clients fulfill their family’s vision and mission across multiple generations through the coordinated delivery of wealth services, including trust and estate, investment advisory, family office, and private banking services. In addition to wealth management services, we partner with our capital markets and commercial lending teams to provide customized credit for our clients’ individual strategies, goals, and needs. The Key Family Wealth business model couples a national team of highly credentialed advisors with a local relationship manager to proactively deliver tailored strategies addressing the needs of families across generations. We oversee $12 billion in AUM, with an average family tenure of 22 years. Many of our families span five generations or more.


Legacy Planning Services and Advisor Poll

Key Family Wealth’s Legacy Planning Services and Quarterly Advisor Poll Program aims to sustain family wealth by identifying and implementing the family’s values and mission, structuring family governance, and creating a meaningful legacy for future generations.

Key’s Family Legacy Services, spearheaded by Anne Marie Levin, J.D. LL.M., SVP and Director of Family Wealth Consulting – and recipient of The Heritage Foundation’s 2017 Jack Beatty Pinnacle Award for excellence in heritage planning – range from an expert-guided Discovery Process and Family Legacy Day, helping families identify values and purpose and increase communication; to private foundation services, providing family foundations with a state-of-the-art Web portal to manage grant-making; as well as interactive, age-specific online financial education tools for children.

Additionally, by capturing the expertise of nearly 300 Key client-facing advisors on critical wealth management topics, Key’s Quarterly Advisor Poll Program drives innovation in the family office space. Each poll reveals insights into the priorities of UHNW clients, helping Key Family Wealth offer personalized advice to multi-generational families, including HNW millennials, business owners, and women. Polls have explored how HNW women engage families in financial conversations, and how second- and third-generation HNW individuals engage in family financial conversations.

Key Family Wealth leverages each poll’s insights to create compelling content for, including infographics, conversation starters, and financial planning checklists, and promotes the findings via media relations. The program, to date, has resulted in 18 pieces of client-facing content, 35 unique articles in national and financial trade publications, including, Barron’s PENTA and Family Wealth Report.
